Firestone 4-A-27 tube radio manufactured in 1947, This radio has been electrically restored. This included replacing all the electrolytic and paper foil capacitors. All resistors were checked and any out of tolerance were replaced. All the tubes were tested and the weak were replaced. After all of this the set was aligned. Now for the bad. The cabinet has a crack in the rear lower corner. I may also have a crack by the left upper corner of the dial. The dial scale is a little discolored. There are a few scratches on the left upper corner of the cabinet. The speaker has been repaired but still sounds good and plays strong and loud. It will be double boxed to ensure safe arrival.
